There are existing technologies that can clean the air from all types of pollution which do not need a summit of worthless political leaders that are just aiming for more rules by legislation to further their globalist agenda.
For all our environmental problems, we need only to tap scientific solutions coming from technicians rather than from salivating politicians that are too ignorant about the whole subject. The latter read scripts from interest groups that are financing their whole damned career. These are toxic people spewing highly toxic coal ash.
What is deceptive about what Paris Summit attendees are doing is that they are blaming carbon instead of carbon monoxide as the substance causing pollution.
Chemical pollution can be neutralized completely using electromagnetic radiation of harmless low audio frequency modulated into a carefully selected non-destructive radio frequency. The radio frequency will be used as the carrier signal to broadcast the useful audio frequency in much wider target area. Broadcast power need not be as high as that of existing commercial and military radio broadcasts, although the latter can also be used for this purpose just by turning a knob or two, which beg us to question, why they aren’t doing it already?
This same technology has been used in the initial and voluntary cleanup of the BP Oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in April 2010. The technology was so effective, the powers-that-be were forced to order the Coast Guard to send the scientist away so that a more enterprising solution could be implemented.
If one understand the true nature of matter and how it works, one will then begin to understand everything that truly defines what we consider as reality.
So, before we abandon this unconventional method of eradicating all sorts of pollution, we need to examine the background work of the alternative scientist and inventor by watching this video…
If low power modulated frequencies could manipulate hard metal objects, why not the chemicals, metals or otherwise, that are suspended in air, flowing with the rivers, food contaminants, or the deadly parasites inside our own body?
The full understanding of the method to eliminate pollution completely will not insulate the researcher from the knowledge of tapping free energy in space everywhere and by extension anti-gravity space travel as shown above.
This paradigm shifting knowledge will surely render most institutions today as irrelevant as they should be. That is the primordial motivation for its suppression.
Hutchison-Lazaryan frequency generator clears polluted Gulf waters
Famous anti-gravity researcher, John Hutchison, and his associate, Nancy Lazaryan, have come up with a device that emits a combination of audio and radio frequencies that have the effect of clearing waters polluted by oil and dispersant in less than 24 hours, bringing the native life back.

Concerned about the BP oil gusher disaster, John Hutchison and his research partner, Nancy Lazaryan have come up with a combination of audio and radio frequencies that now have been shown scientifically to reduce the oil and grease in polluted waters in the Gulf of Mexico from 7 ppm to less than 1 ppm, restoring the water’s vitality as manifest by the return of fish, dolphins and even barnacles to a region of Perdido Bay in Lillian, Alabama, USA, where they conducted their first test in situ.
John is world famous for his work in eccentric, maverick research creating anti-gravity effects, transmutation of elements, and energy from rock-like compounds. Now, with Nancy’s help, he has applied his knowledge of frequencies to produce what could be a solution to the pollution from oil and dispersants in the Gulf and elsewhere in the world.
“The local residents may now finally have hope for getting their Gulf back and restoring it to the healthy body it once was, if not better, before the Oil Disaster,” said Cara Fay, who is a friend of John and Nancy, and has been following their work on this project, which began in July, when a sample of polluted water was sent to John’s lab in Vancouver, BC. Based on success in finding the right frequencies, John and Nancy recently headed to the Gulf to try a test on location, with scientific documentation by a chemistry lab to corroborate their observations.
The exact reach and potency of the frequencies is yet to be determined, but the device John assembled for this research pulls two kilowatts and, judging subjectively, appears to effect a region of at least more than 1000 yards radially (like a sphere), as verified by sympathetic resonance in the water (detected by oscilloscope) from the projection of audio and radio frequencies over the water. Nancy speculates that the effected area could be as much as several miles. All of the equipment ran off of one extension cord (110 V, 20 amp).
The area was treated with the frequencies for four hours the first day, and by the next morning, the waters were cleared. They then did four more hours of RF frequency that day, to complete the test. The frequency device was situated about 25 feet up the beach from the water.
Nancy, who is from Minnesota, who has experience as a professional broadcast TV camera person, filmed the restoration of sea life, with clearing of the water, new green algae, dolphins, and fish, the day following their test. She said:
“The fish were jumping, …the water that had been murky brown was a clear green. Two dolphins came into 5 feet of water to visit. Lots of schools of fish and crabs [were] very active in the ‘healed waters’. These tones were used by the ancients to HEAL humans.”
She doesn’t have her computer equipment with her to retrieve the HD footage from her camera, but will be making it available later. John would like to use the footage to interest local media for coverage; to open doors for subsequent test locations.
The tests were conducted from a KOA campground at Perdido Bay. Here are some photos John sent me showing the campground and his lab/trailer, as well as some ‘before” shots of the beach, bay, and foamy water.
The test was also documented by chemist Bob Naman, President of Analytical Chemical Testing Laboratory, Inc. (ACT) of Mobile, Alabama. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists, (Reg. 15488). You can download (pdf) a copy of that report titled: “Chemical Analysis – Water Samples After Frequency Exposure: BP Oil Spill Study – Perdido Bay Water”, dated Oct. 26, 2010. (p1 | 2 | 3)
Samples of the water were collected in quart jars on Oct. 18. Control samples were taken 60 miles away. Follow-up samples were collected on Oct. 22. All samples were tested on Oct. 26, showing that the amount of oil and grease “before” the frequency treatment was measured at 7 ppm (parts per million, or milligrams per liter); while the samples that had undergone the frequency exposure measured less than 1 ppm.
The report concludes:
Based on testing performed from samples received, the frequency exposure resulted in the complete removal of Oil and Grease from the after treatment sample source tested. ACT recommends investigation of this process further to determine large-scale capabilities in cleaning water bodies and areas affected by the dissolved oil/dispersant in water.
This applied Frequency Exposure process may have extreme value in the removal of petroleum contamination from a large body of water. It is the opinion of this analyst that the persons involved with this process could have a very serious positive effect on the removal of hydrocarbon contamination from bodies of water. These individuals should be allowed to remain in this country to offer their services to State and Federal Agencies, and Municipalities. I would like to recommend that interested parties be open-minded to their capabilities because some petroleum contamination likely exists in all Gulf of Mexico water sources/bodies.
If this process proves to be capable of clean-up then it should be given an opportunity to have the process showcased to any interested party, including The US Federal Government, US EPA, Homeland Security, as well as BP and any other interested State Environmental Agencies. The process may be proven to be an excellent manner to approach the petroleum-contaminated water columns that are currently present in the Gulf of Mexico.
The best and easiest-to-see example of water column contamination can be found in the lack of the existence of pole-mounted barnacles. These barnacles have become non-existent in every affected water-body seen by the undersigned, in the last few months. It is clear that all water bodies have been affected by the dissolved hydrocarbons. Solutions to this condition have not been presented as of the date of this writing. It is not clear what the impact of dissolved hydrocarbons in Gulf waters will mean. This process may help develop a clean-up plan that can reach a large-scale area.
While the technology is not completely understood by the undersigned, it is clear that the process may have extreme value, and it should be given a chance to be presented and tested on a large scale basis. At this point the undersigned is not aware of any entity that has attempted to undertake the biggest remaining problem that currently exists in the Gulf of Mexico, which is water column contamination by dissolved petroleum due to dispersant use in the Deepwater Horizon Spill.
Finding the Right Frequencies
When samples of polluted Gulf water where sent to John’s lab in Canada; Nancy, who can be described as intuitive, worked together with him to identify certain ancient harmonics that have been used for healing. These frequencies were applied both with audio and radio waves to the polluted water samples.
Some of the frequencies employed have been used traditionally in alternative healing for humans. One of the tones, 528 hz, is considered by some to be the frequency of the planet Jupiter. (Ref.) That frequency is alleged to also be used by the ancients to be the “healing frequency” and to repair DNA.
Also called Solfeggio tones, and apparently also tied to Gregorian chants, the team calls these harmonics a healing “stream of sound”, in contrast to the streams of oil and dispersant that have plagued the Gulf. Nancy said: “The inspiration for these harmonics comes from the Essenes, a sect of Israel that Jesus was a member [of]. The Essenes ‘inner circle’ taught of the ‘stream of sound’, the harmonics of the Creator.”
Finding success in these limited experiments in Canada, John and Nancy packed up the necessary lab equipment into a borrowed trailer, and with a borrowed farm truck, left Canada to come to the Gulf.
They are now endeavored to bring the “stream of sound” to the damaged waters of the Gulf, and apparently have very positive results to show. The chemical analysis from the first “open air frequencies” experiment in Perdido Bay has shown that the Gulf water can be restored to health.
“We declare peace,” says Nancy, “the war upon the Gulf is over.”
The report from Nancy about this development stated that they are not asking for money, but that this is being given as a “gift.” However, I’m sure that with extra funds they could do a lot more than they can on their shoestring budget.
Because sound frequencies are being used, I would think that the depth of penetration into the water would be limited. I’d be curious to see how deep their frequency generator can work.
[eClinic: The reason that the audio signal is modulated, or “piggyback”, into a radio carrier signal is to circumvent the limitation on the distance of penetration imposed by other medium, e.g. air or water.]
They also need to do studies to see how far away the water is cleared, using the same kind of chemical analysis that was reported above. I would guess that the effect would fall off as a square function of the distance.
I would imagine that scientists would be curious as to just how these frequencies clear up the water. What happens to the chemical compounds that were there? Where did they go? Were the molecules broken up and dispersed, or were they transmuted into something else?
There results will also need to be independently verified by other researchers to gain the full credibility that will lead to much wider adoption of the method.
Oil Cleanup Confounds Coast Guard with Hutchison Solution
A report published last Friday by the US Coast Guard says they’ve reached a point where the disruption from their clean-up efforts is on a par with just leaving the oil as it is. They have ignored eccentric John Hutchison’s scientist-validated success in clearing the water back to a near pristine condition using a non-invasive method of radio frequencies and sound waves.

According to the Associated Press, last Friday the US Coast Guard announced in a report that the cleanup of oiled beaches along the Gulf of Mexico has reached a point where crews, heavy equipment and thorough scrubbing can cause more damage to the ecosystem than good. Birds, sea turtles, fish and other species are more likely to be harmed by an aggressive cleanup than by simply leaving remnants of oil and letting it slowly degrade, the Coast Guard said. They are therefore in process of stopping the processing of cleanup operations on the beach sands of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana.
My associate Paul Noel writes:
The sad truth about the Gulf of Mexico is that nothing is cleaned up. Every time a storm wave ruffles the sea bed in the area, it will bring up tons more of the poisonous chemicals and spread them around.
Recently I met the owner of a BP station in Huntsville, Alabama and I let on to him that while I had nothing against him, I am angry with BP. He said that he hated BP. He owns beach front property in Orange Beach, Alabama. He hasn’t been able to rent the property one day since the oil started spilling. The fact is that the sea creatures are so full of oil that the fish have meat that is weak and which tastes bad. Nothing is safe.
Now we are seeing reports that the NOAA sea surveys are finding fresh oil plumes leaking in the area. The sea bed appears to have been sufficiently unsettled due to the drilling that the sea is now leaking more oil in quantity. This fact cannot be verified in scale but BP continues to spray Corexit in the area. One can hardly imagine a reason for this unless the situation is still unstable.
Medical reports from North Florida indicate that large numbers of persons exposed to the Gulf waters are now coming down with illnesses corresponding to the damages of Corexit and from petroleum compounds; in particular benzene, xylene and menthyl complex compounds. Some evidence exists that this may have penetrated inland a considerable distance and contaminated the ground water.
There is good news in all of this, namely that John Hutchison and Nanzy Lazaryan continue to make progress, albeit on a small scale, in their Gulf-clearing operations that are not recognized or officially supported by the government, but which are far more effective and non-damaging than anything that the government is officially supporting.
The methods the government has been supporting are so damaging that now they have announced that they have apparently reached point where they should cease “clean-up” since the damage from clean-up has reached a point of being as detrimental as just leaving the oil as it is.
John’s method of using sound and radio frequencies nearly eliminates the oil and toxins completely, and has no known dangerous side effects. They can clear a radius of about a mile in one 24-hour session. Dolphins come up and seem to thank them for what they are doing.
Here is a letter of endorsement that John forwarded to me the other day, from a scientific validation establishment:

BP Oil SpillAnalytical Chemical Laboratory, Inc. (ACT) has completed the analysis of water samples and sediment samples from many instances where John Hutchison has implemented the use of an Interferometer to send frequencies into oil affected bodies of water. Generally speaking, his work has had a very positive affect on numerous bodies of water and affected areas. ACT Lab technical staff has personally witnessed clean, green water bodies as a result of his efforts.
ACT has documented the affect his treatment has had on these water bodies which include Perdido Bay, Dauphin Island, Cotton Bayou, and Indian Pass. I would plead with anyone concerned about the situation in the Gulf of Mexico, to allow him to continue his work to restore the Gulf to pre-spill conditions. He has undertaken this task with little help from Government entities, and ACT Lab has given full support with analytical testing to help document his results, and the great success he is having with the frequency treatments. The task he is undertaking is immense and he needs to be allowed to use his technology for the betterment of the entire Gulf of Mexico.
While very complicated, his technology seems to be the only attempt known of its kind to help restore Oil/dispersant- affected water-bodies. He must be allowed to continue this work. Based on testing performed from samples received, his frequency exposure resulted in the complete removal of Oil and Grease from the after treatment sample source tested in Perdido Bay, and great reductions in Cotton Bayou, Dauphin Island, and Indian Pass.
ACT recommends that doubters investigate this process further to determine large-scale capabilities in cleaning water bodies and areas affected by the dissolved oil/dispersant in water. At this point the undersigned is not aware of any entity that has attempted to undertake the biggest remaining problem that currently exists in the Gulf of Mexico, which is water column contamination by dissolved petroleum due to dispersant use in the Deepwater Horizon Spill.A laboratory (The Subra Company) has presented alarming data on the high presence of Oil-based hydrocarbons and Polynucleated Aromatic Hydrocarbons( PAH’s)… from 2,000 ppm to >10,000 p.p.m. …found to be present in shellfish and finned fish. ACT is conducting similar tests as well.Your decision should be clear…allow John Hutchinson’s work to continue. He may be our only hope.
This situation cannot be corrected by Mother Nature. It’s too much to ask. Once Southern winds start blowing submerged hydrocarbons to shore…and it will happen…his technology may become more necessary than ever. I would be pleased to discuss his technology with anyone. We appreciate this opportunity to submit this information. If there are any questions, please feel free to call.
